Indiana Supreme Court 2023 (CenterPoint case) finalized that EDG netting is INSTANTANEOUS — no monthly buffer. Property tax 100% exempt on added home value. Pre-2022 NM enrollments are grandfathered (until 2047 or 2032 depending on date) — not modeled here.
